This Manager will execute this vision, leading across functional and technical teams, delivering a world class experience for both buyers and Selling Partners for the categories. Candidates must be able to influence across multiple company organizations, and have a good understanding of today’s global business environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Owning end-to-end the Selling Partner experience in AE for set of categories to build a strong group of fast-growing categories in the related P&L
- Managing both new and existing accounts to increase their usage of Marketplace tools and features and grow their business locally, regionally and internationally
- Partnering with business and technical teams to design and build features and solutions specific to country requirements, while producing those features for regional application.
- Identifying and driving new opportunities for business.

Basic qualifications
- Extensive professional experience (3-5 Yrs), in complex and dynamic environment ideally in e-commerce, technology, FMCG, retail or top-management consulting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Data science, Engineering or related degree required
- Demonstrated Analytical ability throughout the professional experience
- Strong analytical skills (including advanced excel and database analysis).
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- A great deal of personal initiative and strong hands-on attitude along with creativeness, decisiveness and results-driven mentality for a business-focused way of thinking.
- Proven project management skills, customer focused, extremely detail-oriented, and able to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
- Proven experience in developing original ideas, approaches, and solutions to typical, unusual, or difficult situations in a competitive and ever changing business climate

Job description
As Production Manager, you will make sure goods and services are produced safely, cost-effectively, on time, and meet the required quality standards. The scope of the job depends on the nature of the production system. Many companies are involved in several types of production, adding to the complexity of the role, it is likely that you will be responsible for both human and material resources. The job may also be referred to as Operations Manager and the candidate must have 3 – 5 years of experience in the same field.
Requirements and Responsibilities
• You will oversee the production process, coordinating all production activities and operations.
• You will need to plan and draw up a production schedule, decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate
• Select and make decisions about equipment use, take responsibility for its maintenance, modification, and procurement
• Set the quality standards
• Strong background in ordering raw materials with the most effective prices in all food production
• Ensure that production will be cost-effective by estimating costs, negotiating, and agreeing on budgets with both clients and managers

• The role may be integrated with other functions, such as marketing, sales, and finance.
